I'm a creative executive specializing in creative direction, product development, marketing, and strategy currently working on a fractional basis with select startups in education, gaming, AI, and climate.
I recently worked at Games for Change, a nonprofit advocating for video games, VR, and AR as powerful mediums to drive social change. As their Chief Creative and Strategy Officer, I oversaw organization-wide strategy and led the production and marketing / comms departments. Notably, I oversaw the planning and execution of their 20th year anniversary festival which comprised of 10 events in 8 days in NYC, welcomed 200+ speakers from around the world, and included organizations like the UN, Playstation, XBox, Niantic and the New York City's Mayors office.
Prior to that, I co-founded a company called Classcraft, an award-winning behavioral management SaaS platform focused on using gamification to drive students' motivation and develop their social-emotional skills. As its President for over eight years, I was actively involved in many aspects of the business, from business strategy and fundraising to creative direction, product design, marketing, and business development. I also served as an advisor to the White House, SETDA, and Future Ready Schools New Jersey. I guest lectured at Harvard and have spoken numerous times at conferences like SXSW, ISTE, Games for Change, and ASU+GSV Summit. During my tenure the company raised $18M, scaled to 9M+ users in 165 countries, became a b-corp, and grew to have 45 employees on staff. Classcraft was acquired by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in 2023.
Earlier in my career, I founded a boutique creative agency called The Flux and had the privilege of working with brands like Chanel, Microsoft, Intel, See.me, and the Future of Storytelling.
